I tried out this company for the first time last Friday to grab a few garden tools. The service was fantastic, the quality was top-notch, and the prices were reasonable, plus free delivery on orders over £10. My order arrived today, right on time and in perfect shape. Kudos for a first-rate service, and I almost forgot to mention—free delivery on orders too!

I got myself a couple of car humidifiers. They showed up the very next day, and shipping was free. Great deal and fantastic service!

I recently made my first purchase of a couple of tiny handtools from McCormick. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they had free delivery for orders over £10, but looking back, I would’ve gladly paid for shipping just to avoid the mess that followed. After entering my billing address, I checked the box for 'Deliver to the same address,' but it didn’t copy everything correctly. My address is a bit tricky since it’s in a business park, and without the business name, it’s tough for delivery folks to find me. This computer glitch really needs fixing.

On top of that, they use a courier that’s not really suited for non-residential deliveries, which seems like a poor choice for a tool retailer. I called McCormick to ask them to add the business name and ensure our building was included in the address. I got a rather impatient lady on the line who insisted I had made a mistake with the address. Eventually, she agreed to update it, but when the parcel arrived, I noticed she hadn’t done it; maybe it was too late in the process. They have a solid inventory and could offer a great service if they had a better delivery system and more attentive customer support. From now on, I’ll be checking the courier before placing any orders.

As expected, the parcel got lost, but I’ll save that story for my review of the courier. I was also a bit worried about how it was packaged; just a flimsy box with some crumpled paper and the two little tools tossed inside. The delivery driver must’ve broken the box trying to shove it through a letterbox (they delivered between 7 and 9 PM to a business location!), and it’s honestly a miracle the tools didn’t fall out.

It’s my first experience ordering from this company. I found some handy tools on their site, so I thought I’d give it a shot. The items I purchased showed up right on schedule, nicely packed and in great shape. Excellent service! I’ll definitely shop with this company again, no question about it.

I ordered a Draper boarder fork from them, but I didn’t realize there’s a big difference between a boarder fork and a garden fork. I picked the one I wanted based on the photos they had. The image showed a fork with sharp, roundish points and a longer design. But when it arrived, it was nothing like the picture. Even though I wasn’t aware of the distinction between the two types of forks, their photo should’ve clued me in that I was looking at the wrong item. I reached out to the company, and a lady named Carolyn picked up. She was adamant that they sent me exactly what I ordered. Honestly, she was quite rude and not helpful at all. She told me I could return the fork, but I’d have to pay for shipping, which I found unfair since I received something that didn’t match the description. I’m planning to take this up with Trading Standards. Turns out this company is an Ebayer, which explains their sneaky tactics. I wish I could share the two pictures here for you to see for yourself. I feel really misled and bullied by that lady. She even called me silly during our chat. What terrible customer service!

Draper 240mm Tri-Cut Pull Saw. The first one I got was all messed up. Mccormicktools said sorry and quickly shipped a new one. Gotta hand it to them for their service. But man, this saw is just terrible.

Amazing items at great prices. I was really impressed with the service I got, especially given the current circumstances. I ordered some gardening tools and gloves, and my order was shipped out fast and packed nicely.

Awesome price on Hycote paint, plus the delivery was quite reasonable and super quick.

A couple of months ago, I picked up a 12 pack of Marigold Industrial G43Y Yellow Latex Gloves, and they’ve definitely lasted longer than any others I’ve gotten from different places. I was really happy with the cost, and the service from this company is top-notch. Honestly, I’m so thrilled that I went ahead and ordered another pack just yesterday!

It took ten days from when I ordered to when it arrived. Not the quickest, but honestly, it ain't a big deal.

Came across Mccormickstools through a link while browsing another site. Got curious and checked out their offerings. They’ve got a solid selection of products, and the prices are fair. Delivery was quick and reasonable. I accidentally ordered White Primer Spray instead of the White Plastic Primer Spray, but they fixed my blunder with just one call. Super friendly team, and overall, it was a great shopping experience. I reckon I’ll be back for more.
